Southwest Pacific Realty Investment Property Management Property Managers in the We have a Team of Property Managers, support staff, accounting department, leasing agents and qualified vendors to service your account(s) needs. No fees are paid to Southwest Pacific Realty Investment until the property is rented and the first months rent has been collected. Marketing and advertising is included in the management fee paid at the time the property is leased. One half of the leasing fee paid will be offered in the MLS to the leasing agent that procures the acceptable tenant for the property. Example: Leasing fee is $700 one half $350 will be offered in the MLS. This fee varies for each property based upon its specific needs. Management fees are paid out of the monthly rent received. The minimum management fee is $100.0 or 10% of the rent which ever is greater. Owner’s checks are mailed out between the 5th to the 10th day of each month. Rents paid late will be mailed out as soon as possible after payment has been received and paid with certified funds by the Tenant.
